Friends and Family At No Cost
Every three months, residents of each villa earn a complimentary week for guests to stay aboard. This benefit can accumulate up to four weeks. For extended visits, a nominal fee of $33 per guest per day applies.
Pay As You Go
Our unique “pay-as-you-go” concept allows bookings with only a 10% upfront deposit until 90 days before a segment’s sailing date. Select or combine any of the 18 available travel segments on our world cruise itinerary.
Business Facilities, and Private Offices
The Business Center, along with its internet services is included. For those requiring private workspaces, personal office spaces may be reserved for an additional charge.

The residency package includes comprehensive services and amenities like internet, gym and fitness facilities, laundry, regular housekeeping, onboard entertainment and enrichment seminars.
Port Taxes, Utilities and Fees are Included
All port taxes, utilities and fees are included for both residents and their guests.
What are the advantages of ownership?
Your villa is your home on the sea. Provided you follow the ship’s regulations your villa is yours to decorate any way you wish. You may rent or allow guests to stay in your villa at no cost while you’re away. Unlike segment pricing, maintenance fees for owners are guaranteed at a fixed price for the life of the vessel.
Residential Reselling and Buyback Guarantee

What if I’m off the ship for longer periods of time?
If you’re off ship for longer than 3 months at a time (full segments, notified at least 1 month in advance) and choose to offer your villa to market VVRI will make its best efforts to sell the segment(s) and will profit share with the owner in a 50/50 split.
We will store belongings you wish to leave onboard during your absence (within reason).
What types of residences are available on Villa Vie?
Villa Vie offers a diverse range of residences, including various inside and outside options, balcony rooms, and suites. These come in different sizes and price ranges, catering to a variety of preferences and needs, ensuring there’s a perfect fit for every resident.

This includes fully furnished living spaces, internet, laundry services, and regular housekeeping. Are pets allowed in the residences?
We know pets are full members of many families, and at Villa Vie Residences, we welcome a limited number of cats in our residences. However we unfortunately cannot accommodate dogs, including service dogs.

We implement rigorous safety protocols, including regular crew training, emergency drills for residents, and state-of-the-art navigation and communication systems. Yes, you can choose and combine freely from our 18 available travel segments, ranging from 32 to 127 days. At the moment, a minimum stay of 530 days is required. Our “pay-as-you-go” concept selection and combination of various portions of our world cruise itinerary with only a 10% upfront deposit – starting at $89 per day. Book now to secure current rates.
How does weather affect travel itineraries?
Our itinerary is strategically planned to ‘follow the sun’, ensuring a summer-like experience throughout your journey. While we do our best to provide consistent good weather, please note that occasional itinerary adjustments may be necessary due to weather conditions.
How often does Villa Vie Residences dock at ports?
Our itinerary is designed to facilitate immersive travel experiences. We dock at ports for periods ranging from 2 to 5 days. This extended stay allows us to truly immerse in each destination, experiencing local life and culture to the fullest.
